My wife and I were looking at both the CX-5 and the RAV4, but when we test drove both of the cars, Chris was helpful in setting up a time. Then we found the time to test drive the CX-5, Chris was off, but John filled in and was really good in explaining all the options on the car. John did not press us for a sale at all, but after the test drive my wife and I new the CX-5 was for us so we bought that night and picked it up two days later. Piazza Mazda is the dream car dealership. The people are super friendly without being overbearing and it is truly a no-pressure dealership. I dealt with Chris Angelone via email before visiting the dealership and couldn't be more pleased with his customer service. While salesmen from other dealerships harassed me via phone and email after causal inquiry, Chris didn't even ask for my phone number until I was waiting for my Mazda CX-5 to be delivered. He was so informative, laid back and genuine that I felt he truly deserved my business. Chris offered me a great price and when the specific car/color combination I wanted wasn't in stock, he had it delivered to Piazza Mazda in a jiffy. I called Piazza Mazda and from the first call every detail was handled, remembered and all prices given as well as time it would take to do the job. When the part was promised, I was called, again the price was given and the job was scheduled. The directions were perfect and it took less time and less money than quoted due to less labor time. How many businesses, let alone dealerships do that. I was never a dealership person when it came to repairs, services, etc. I always thought they overcharged and couldn't be trusted. Must be the Piazza name??!! Anyway, I'm a happy customer and will go back, recommend Piazza Mazda to others and definitely buy another Mazda. Their Service Manager, Paul, even helped me with the remote in the waiting room. Props and praise to all of Piazza and their management. After working with Chris Angelone for the purchase of our new 2010 Mazda5, our experience was so positive that my wife and I returned six months later to make another purchase from Chris of a 2011 Mazda2. Chris's no-hassle sales approach is outstanding, and he genuinely wanted to help my wife and I find the right car, even if it wasn't a Mazda- Chris had access to vehicles throughout the Piazza dealership network, and worked to make sure we had the right fit of vehicle and financing. Our most recent visit was for routine maintenance for the Mazda2, and our experiences with the service department have been on par with the sales department. They are courteous, polite, and take the time to make sure that the customer knows and understands what work needs to be done with their vehicle, and that they are completely satisfied at the end of the service. Despite the longer trip (and the proximity of other independent garages to my home), I will make the trip every time to get my cars serviced at Piazza Mazda. Chris Angelone really took care of my wife and I while looking to replace her car a year and a half ago. He worked with us to show the car, didn't pressure, hassle or try to intimidate us into buying the car and encouraged us to comparison shop other cars and other dealers. Of course, we ended up coming back and buying our 2010 Mazda5 from him in December 2010, because he worked with us on pricing, features and financing. In fact, our experience was so good with Chris and Piazza Mazda, we returned 6 months later to purchase a second car from him and the experience was just as positive. Chris again used a no-pressure sales approach, allowed us to look at the car, test-drive it, and worked numbers for us, then encouraged us to look around and make the right decision for us. And again, the right decision turned out to be our 2011 Mazda2! Chris also worked with us on rectifying an alignment issue on the Mazda2 and gave us a courtesy loaner car for what was a minor maintenance work order. I called the service department and explained that my Mazda Tribute was broke down. I explained I was not from the area and my Tribute was being towed to the dealership for service. When I called I was told there would be no problem in them helping me. When I arrived that is exactly what occurred. My Tribute was repaired in a timely manner and I was able to travel back to my home in West Virginia. I was very upset over the situation with my vehicle and there were very friendly and professional in talking with myself and my son.

Fred Deal was very patient and helpful. I had come in thinking I was going to get my car fixed and ended up finding out it was 'dead'. Fred helped me weigh the options between fixing my car or purchasing a new one. He didn't pressure me into anything or rush my decision. When I decided on a new car, he helped me find the best one for me and my budget. I couldn't decide between two cars and he went through the trouble of letting me try both and coming up with finances on both as well. The car was washed right before it was turned over to me with a full tank of gas. The car I drove on the lot had a lot of personal possessions ( since I did not think I would be leaving without it) and the service team organized it and put it in my new car with extreme care and cleanliness. My sales rep, Fred Deal, sat in the car with me and went over everything and even connected my phone to the Bluetooth. Fred Deal educated me on the kind of car that would be best for me, as well, as the overall atmosphere and personal attention i received from the entire team!

This was my first service visit for a 3,500 mile check-up. The man who helped me was very thorough and took his time explaining what services would be performed. I was impressed with the way he handled each client. I actually saw him get down on one knee to speak to a seated customer to explain what needed to be done to her car. When she still seemed unclear, he was kind and patient and tried to simplify his explanation. He really seemed to take his time with each person. It made me feel confident in the service I would receive at Piazza Mazda.

The sales department works with the customer, listens to the customers needs and does not try to sell the customer a car that the customer does not want. Their service is excellent. I trust Paul and Bill. I know if they make a recommendation, it is worth it. They go above and beyond to make sure my car is maintained in excellent condition. Chris gave us exactly what we wanted. We needed 4 doors, auto locks and windows. He gave us exactly what we wanted. He showed us new and used in what we wanted also different models. I would recommend Piazza Mazda because both my wife and I have had our cars service with Piazza since 2005. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone I speak to on the phone is courteous, friendly and helpful. Also, they sent out frequent coupons to use for service visits and they frequently solicit customer feedback, which suggests to me that they are committed to excellence. During service visits, they make sure I understand any work being done and always get my approval before doing work that will add extra cost to me. On a recent visit, they were describing a noise my engine was making. I was not sure what they were talking about, so Bill walked me to my car so I could hear it. I love the fact that I do not have to worry about being taken advantage of and I also love the confidence of driving a car that is in very good and capable hands. Whenever we have to get a new car, if we are still in the area, I won't even look anywhere else. We'll be going to Piazza Mazda!

Although we live closer to several Mazda dealers, my family and I have purchased 5 car from Piazza Mazda --- including 4 from sales consultant, Fred Deal and 1 from sales consultant, Mike Losardo, on referral from Fred. General Manager, Pat Oliveto and Finance Manager, Joseph Lewis, were always very helpful with the transactions. We always ended up with good cars at a good price without haggling or hard sell. I bought a new car from wonderful, Fred Deal, a year ago, which was a far less scary ordeal than I had imagined and feared. Great! My routine oil changes have been nothing but easy and quick. Bill is always waiting there with a smile. While they may not be a cheap as some places, I refuse to go to the quick oil change places where service is poor and the work is shoddy. I bought my 2007 Mazda CX-7 as a certified pre-owned at your dealership over a year ago. Still love it. I had a problem under warranty, I chose to go to a local Mazda dealership because I live a distance from Piazza. The local Mazda store was ripping me off on diagnostic fees, etc. I told them to give me my keys back and that I will not return and I would travel 4 hours before I'd go back. We went to Piazza Mazda to get a new car, after doing a lot of research on prices/options etc. I was also told that Piazza were good with sales, and were reputable dealers. True to that, when we first walked in Mike was ever friendly and asked how he could make our day better. I told him that we wanted a specific vehicle with options at a specific price that I was willing to pay. He smiled and said he'll make sure we get there. I told him what we wanted, without much haggling I actually got a very fair deal for the vehicle I wanted. He did not try to sell me anything more than what I wanted, and needed. True customer oriented sales!! We walked out with a brand new car and a sense of accomplishment. I had my Mazda6 serviced today and have to say that I am truly impressed with the consistency of excellent customer service and my car is always happy when it leaves. Everytime I come for maintenance services I am met by happy, friendly and efficient staff. They are knowledgeable and entertain the smallest of issues ... I asked to have the windshield wiper looked at because at high speeds it rubs on the plastic and makes noise ... somewhat irritating during rainy commutes. Jeremy Mercado approached "my problem" the same as if I was having brake problems. We took it on a road test and he offered several solutions. All is good now. Jeremy definitely provided all-around exceptional service. Lastly, during a previous visit I had my car serviced and detailed. At my request, Jeremy took me back to Louie, who detailed my car, because I was very happy with the job that he had done. The environment at Piazza makes you want to thank people for their efforts. I have been going to Piazza Mazda of West Chester to get my 2008 Miata serviced for 1 year. I am writing this letter to serve as notification as to the highest level of dedication and service your employees exhibit. It is because of your staff that I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to your dealership. The following are examples of the level of service your employees provide. Last October my engine light went on and the service area just closed. I will never forget how it was pouring rain and Pat Oliveto ran out with a towel for me. Even though the service area was closed, he told Jeremy Mercado the situation resulting in Jeremy volunteering to stay late and check out the car. Jeremy spent almost an hour making sure the care was in good shape and would last until the mechanics came in the next day. Every single time I have a problem or it needs something routine to be done, Bill Bossler and Jeremy Mercado fit me right in and call me with reminders. They just don't call me, they engage in conversation and inquire about my car and how I am doing in general. The service manager, Paul Curtis, is by far the most respectable service person I have ever dealt with. When Paul Curtis says a repair needs to be done I know it needs to be done. I trust Paul and his judgement. My car was broken into and my entire soft top needed to be replaced. Paul helped me with the rental car and when the top needed to be adjusted a couple of days after the repair was made, he got me right in the shop and fixed it, no questions asked. Everytime I come to Piazza Mazda, I have been helped immediately. Piazza Mazda went above and beyond. I was scheduled for a oil change, tire rotation, etc. along with a complete car detailing. I had taken the day off from work and planned to hang out the entire day, as I knew it would be a long service; as they had advised when I made the appointment. I was okay with that and was utterly surprised when they called me over within a half hour and gave me the keys to a loaner. On the way to the dealership, the other car we were bringing (as my ride home) started giving us trouble. It was a reaccuring problem (the air intake came loose), but we didn't know where it was. Nick Price was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the brand. He was very personable and able to answer all of my questions. Pat Oliveto, General Manager, was consistently helpful, honest and willing to work with us. He provided all of the options clearly and helped us complete the paperwork ahead of time, to ensure we were in and out of the dealership quickly. Customer service is great at Piazza Mazda. They were helpful, without being overbearing and so patient, as we started our contact back in August; and didn't lease the vehicle until late January. They had great follow up and always returned calls in a timely manner.

"Piazza Mazda does it right the first time..."
Paul and Bill in the service department are friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Paul was able to address my concern regarding prior brake service done at another Mazda dealer. I asked Piazza Mazda to inspect my front brakes, since they were squeaking loudly at times. Apparently, the brake replacement performed by the other Mazda dealer used non-Mazda parts without my knowledge or consent. Paul Curtis and Bill Bossler do a wonderful job and I trust them without hesitation. I have always been happy, with the work done at Piazza Mazda. This is why I drive over 200 miles to have my work done by them. Piazza Mazda of West Chester establishes trust and does the job perfectly, the first time.

I greatly appreciated the waiting room amentities - water cooler, coffee, recent magazines, and wireless internet. The service consultant, Paul, summarized the service and repair. He described what work was done and gave me recommendations for additional work based on what technicians observed when repairing and servicing the vehicle.

Nick Price was excellent. I stopped by on a whim to look at the CX-9 to compare to a Nissan Murano. The weather was challenging so we set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I wasn't able to test drive it due to family events. Nick was persistent and called me to reschedule the appointment and I'm glad he did. I bought the car on the last day of the year and they were swamped, but they were great and we were in and out in no time. They were very customer friendly.

"Wonderful Service Department"
I had the opportunity to work with your service advisor, Bill Bossler, this past week. A good friend of mine, asked me to take his Mazda in for service. The car needed a new battery, inspection, oil change, etc. Personally, I am used to dealing with Porsche and BMW service and wasn't sure how Mazda service runs. Bill on the other hand was a real pleasure to work with and took care of my needs in a very professional-like manner and finished the work in a prompt fashion as promised. The car was washed and the charge was extremely reasonable.. I'm seriously thinking of having Bill service my Porsche. I was very pleased with the way Bill and the other people at the dealership treated me!
