Our experience at Piazza Mazda since our purchase 2 years ago has been by far the best ever. The purchase was great because we were not haggled by any salesperson. As far as the service goes, we always get the car back before the promised time and in this day and age it is a rarity. We even started bringing our Jetta to this dealership for service.

When I visit Piazza Mazda for service, it's always a pleasant experience. It's easier for me to wait for the service to be done, and since they usually have the parts they need in stock, they can quickly figure out what's wrong, and fix the problem. I think their prices are very fair, so all-in-all, it's a convenient, nice, experience.

The only thing we didn't do was meet the service staff, but only because we did a last minute purchase on a Saturday evening at 8pm. Our sales rep, Nicholas Price, was honest, knowledgeable, accommodating with meeting our late notice needs and I would recommend him to anyone.

Not only did they make an appointment for me the very next morning, they even opened a half hour earlier, so that I could drop my car off and pick up the rental they arranged for me. I just want to thank your dealership for the help, I was given over the phone at the service center. I wish I could remember who I spoke with. I bought my 2007 Mazda CX-7 as a certified pre-owned at your dealership over a year ago. Still love it. I had a problem under warranty, I chose to go to a local Mazda dealership because I live a distance from Piazza. The local Mazda store was ripping me off on diagnostic fees, etc. I told them to give me my keys back and that I will not return and I would travel 4 hours before I'd go back. As I was pulling out of their parking lot, I called Piazza on speed dial. I spoke with a gentleman at your service center and he had asked me exactly what it was doing (problem with the windows) and he walked me through trying to fix myself before I traveled to your dealership and this just adds icing on the cake. We went to Piazza Mazda to get a new car, after doing a lot of research on prices/options etc. I was also told that Piazza were good with sales, and were reputable dealers. True to that, when we first walked in Mike was ever friendly and asked how he could make our day better. I told him that we wanted a specific vehicle with options at a specific price that I was willing to pay. He smiled and said he'll make sure we get there. I told him what we wanted, without much haggling I actually got a very fair deal for the vehicle I wanted. He did not try to sell me anything more than what I wanted, and needed. True customer oriented sales!! We walked out with a brand new car and a sense of accomplishment. Mike went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of at every step of the car-buying process and would definitely give him 2 thumbs up!

I had my Mazda6 serviced today and have to say that I am truly impressed with the consistency of excellent customer service and my car is always happy when it leaves. Everytime I come for maintenance services I am met by happy, friendly and efficient staff. They are knowledgeable and entertain the smallest of issues ... I asked to have the windshield wiper looked at because at high speeds it rubs on the plastic and makes noise ... somewhat irritating during rainy commutes. Jeremy Mercado approached "my problem" the same as if I was having brake problems. We took it on a road test and he offered several solutions. All is good now. Jeremy definitely provided all-around exceptional service. Lastly, during a previous visit I had my car serviced and detailed. At my request, Jeremy took me back to Louie, who detailed my car, because I was very happy with the job that he had done. The environment at Piazza makes you want to thank people for their efforts. Nothing is too small nor too big for the team at Piazza Mazda. Thanks for being consistently excellent.

I have been going to Piazza Mazda of West Chester to get my 2008 Miata serviced for 1 year. I am writing this letter to serve as notification as to the highest level of dedication and service your employees exhibit. It is because of your staff that I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to your dealership. The following are examples of the level of service your employees provide. Last October my engine light went on and the service area just closed. I will never forget how it was pouring rain and Pat Oliveto ran out with a towel for me. Even though the service area was closed, he told Jeremy Mercado the situation resulting in Jeremy volunteering to stay late and check out the car. Jeremy spent almost an hour making sure the care was in good shape and would last until the mechanics came in the next day. Every single time I have a problem or it needs something routine to be done, Bill Bossler and Jeremy Mercado fit me right in and call me with reminders. They just don't call me, they engage in conversation and inquire about my car and how I am doing in general. The service manager, Paul Curtis, is by far the most respectable service person I have ever dealt with. When Paul Curtis says a repair needs to be done I know it needs to be done. I trust Paul and his judgement. My car was broken into and my entire soft top needed to be replaced. Paul helped me with the rental car and when the top needed to be adjusted a couple of days after the repair was made, he got me right in the shop and fixed it, no questions asked. Paul Curtis conducts honest business. I needed to get a strut replaced the other day, so Paul offered to help me with the rental. The aforementioned employees are sincere, care and make my life easier. When Pat Oliveto talks to me he is genuine. My next Miata will be bought at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. I do not care if I move out of state, I will fly to West Chester, PA and buy the car from Piazza Mazda of West Chester. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Everytime I come to Piazza Mazda, I have been helped immediately. Piazza Mazda went above and beyond. I was scheduled for a oil change, tire rotation, etc. along with a complete car detailing. I had taken the day off from work and planned to hang out the entire day, as I knew it would be a long service; as they had advised when I made the appointment. I was okay with that and was utterly surprised when they called me over within a half hour and gave me the keys to a loaner. On the way to the dealership, the other car we were bringing (as my ride home) started giving us trouble. It was a reaccuring problem (the air intake came loose), but we didn't know where it was. When we showed up, we asked the service manager if he could show us where it was. He was more than happy to walk with us to our other car and show us where it was, explained to us what we should do to get it fixed, and wouldn't take a tip. Paul Curtis and Bill in service are always accomodating. Paul Curtis updated me every 15 minutes or so while I waited in the lounge area. I am so thrilled that Piazza has wi-fi installed, so I was able to work on my laptop, while I waited. I have never had a problem with sales or service at Piazza Mazda. He was very knowledgeable and also had an excellent personality, which are important traits as a sales consultant. He not only thoroughly reviewed all features of the Mazda with me, but really took the time to go through every part of the car with me, which I truly appreciated. My vehicle had a full tank of gas provided; in addition, Jud reviewed the important features of my car with me again to ensure I felt comfortable before leaving. Chris Angelone was excellent from the first time I talked to him, which was over the internet. Then I talked to Chris on the phone and went to the dealership the next day to meet him and check-out the Mazda3's. He was the same thru out, genuine from our first meeting to our purchase, he never changed. He introduced me to the General Manager, Pat Oliveto, who was also very friendly. I have bought many cars over the years; but was never treated as well as at Piazza Mazda!

Our sales consultant, Jeremy Mercado, was by far the most professional, courteous salesman I have ever worked with in buying a car. He was knowledgeable and relaxed, which had the opposite effect to what I believe most sales people believe. Jeremy wasn't pushing the product too hard, he gained our trust. I can't say enough about how well he handled the situation the first through the sale 5 days later. It was almost like I was buying the car from a family member.

He was actually a lot more helpful than the dealership where I leased the car in solving some outstanding questions/issues for me regarding the inspection and return process. In addition, I was promptly greeted and directed to what I needed by a gentleman named, Will, and I did not linger waiting for someone to help me as I have in other dealerships. It is not so common to get personable and helpful service in any business these days so when I do get it, I just like to make a point to recognize it and give positive feedback. "No haggle sale"
Will Cruz was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and was extremely helpful. This purchase experience was by far the most pleasant and hassle-free vehicle purchases, I have ever had. Will was even kind enough to come in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me. Now that's dedication and real customer service.
There were so many things that were great that it's hard to pinpoint. However, in my opinion, the best and surprising part of the experience was the fact I did not have to "haggle" with the dealership in any way over vehicle price; including the options and extended warranty that I also purchased. My wife and I purchased a Mazda3 on Saturday and we were treated most respectivefully by Jeremy through every stage of the car buying experience. From the first test drive earlier in the week through the eventual sale on Saturday, we were never given the dreaded car sale statement, "what can we do to close a deal today?" Jeremy was very confident and patient in his approach, he gained our confidence to do business with Piazza Mazda. The pricing strategy at Piazza was also a pleasant surprise. I had done my homework on the pricing for Mazda3's in the area and couldn't believe it when Jeremy gave us pricing that was right in line with the market data without having to play any negotiating and haggling. "Piazza Mazda does it right the first time..."
Paul and Bill in the service department are friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Paul was able to address my concern regarding prior brake service done at another Mazda dealer. I asked Piazza Mazda to inspect my front brakes, since they were squeaking loudly at times. Apparently, the brake replacement performed by the other Mazda dealer used non-Mazda parts without my knowledge or consent. Paul Curtis and Bill Bossler do a wonderful job and I trust them without hesitation. I have always been happy, with the work done at Piazza Mazda. This is why I drive over 200 miles to have my work done by them. Piazza Mazda of West Chester establishes trust and does the job perfectly, the first time.

"Wonderful Service Department"
I had the opportunity to work with your service advisor, Bill Bossler, this past week. A good friend of mine, asked me to take his Mazda in for service. The car needed a new battery, inspection, oil change, etc. Personally, I am used to dealing with Porsche and BMW service and wasn't sure how Mazda service runs. Bill on the other hand was a real pleasure to work with and took care of my needs in a very professional-like manner and finished the work in a prompt fashion as promised. The car was washed and the charge was extremely reasonable.. I'm seriously thinking of having Bill service my Porsche. I was very pleased with the way Bill and the other people at the dealership treated me!
